A Personal Journey into the Science of Safety
I’m Anne: human, movement enthusiast, and nature lover. Welcome to my flow space, where we explore movement through yoga asanas paired with neuroscience and brain drills.
I found yoga as a tool to build a sense of peace and safety within myself at a time when I was filled with fear and worry. Over the last 10 years of practice, I have evolved as a human, a practitioner, and a teacher. By studying yoga philosophy and neuroscience, I’ve created a practice that makes me feel strong, mobile, and—most importantly—confident in my body, both on and off the mat.
I’m excited to share these tools with you to build resilient minds and strong bodies. Creating a reality where you move through the world feeling strong, resilient, and deeply grounded.
I believe that with the right tools, dosage, and support, we are all capable of getting where we want to be.
When I’m not exploring the brain-body connection, you’ll find me recharging in the forest on a long hike, climbing, or unwinding with my latest knitting project.
